Rules – Kidz Castle

COVID-19 NEW RULES AND PROCEDURES IMPLEMENTED!

The waiver of liability assumption of risk must be signed before participating in any activities.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children. No drop-offs please.
Adults must remain in visual contact with their children at all times.
No adults are allowed in the play structure unless assisting a child.
Socks are required at all times. No shoes and no bare feet for all children and adults.
No OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK except baby food, milk or formula.
No toys allowed in the climbing structure.
No climbing on the outside of the structure.
Children must go down the slides feet first. Allow time for others to exit the slide before sliding. No climbing up the slides.
No running in the facility. You play at your own risk.
KIDZ CASTLE cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur.
Rough play, bullying, inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
No costumes, glitter, sparkles or sharp objects on clothing or baby are permitted.
We do not take liabilities for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.
Out of respect for others please ensure your child is free of sickness before visiting us.
Should a child be sick while at KIDZ CASTLE they will need to leave the premises for risk of infection to other children.
To make sure we provide a safe environment for your children, Kidz Castle reserves the right to remove anyone from our property who is not adhering to these rules.
